A strategy report we prepared today for a business with 15 staff identified a $700,000 saving over 3 years from setting up an offshore team and hiring their next five staff members in the Philippines.

This was after the costs of switching to a Private Cloud Computing model (managed by our sister firm), and after the consulting fees to do all the hard work in set up of the team.

Little wonder the SME sector is all over offshoring.

This business is not reducing its Australian team in the process.
