Worried about your business profit here’s how to transform from terrible to profitable in 90 days

Here is the outline of a simple strategy to transform a failing business.

In our experience, at LEAST one third of office-based roles onshore, could be done offshore if the situation required it.

In better times maybe you wouldn’t want to do that, because maybe you enjoy offering more jobs onshore.

But it’s clearly better to keep one third of the jobs onshore, than have the business fail and have zero jobs onshore (and usually a nightmare of insolvency processes to resolve).

The actual process of doing turnaround-offshoring is usually not as simple as hire offshore and fire onshore.  Because within many roles there are specific TASKS that are much better done onshore.  So the actual process requires a task-based analysis of each role, and then a reorganisation of tasks.

Or in other words, you’ll dissect the roles of 3 people, assemble all the onshore tasks into ONE role onshore, and create two roles OFFSHORE.  Then you’ll train those people offshore, and manage the transition to keep customers happy.

All of this we can help you with. And the principles work whether it’s a team of 10 or a team of 1000.

Don’t leave it until it’s too late because it still takes a little bit of cash to do the transition.

You won’t get this advise from insolvency or pre-insolvency law firms, because they don’t understand it, and they earn more money without it.
